This is Hans Gasterland. He's in charge. He drums, calls tunes and sings a lot. Likes bicycling. Played with the "Sky Blue Water Boys" way back when, and did many years with the "Tommy Wiggins Band". Sometimes he writes about himself in the third person.
This is Marc Partridge, fantastic lead guitar, singer, shortest member of band. Played with touring band "Northern Lights" and grew tired of the song "Minnesota".
This is Rich Pearson, bass guitar and vocals. He was a founding member back in 1992. He has returned to fill the "big shoes" of Dave Elmeer, who now lives in Grand Rapids MN.
This is how small our setup is. We'll fit in a pretty tiny space. Trio is standard issue, but we can go up to 5-piece.
We go back a long way! Scott, Rich and Randy were all childless back in 1990. Hans' beard was black.
We often invite guests to sit in with the band. Usually they are taller than this little kid.
Former member and first call substitute Scott Stroman sings and plays lead guitar or bass. Likes Buddy Holly. He has seniority. Played in "Beatles Forever" as George. Also plays with "The Griswaldz".
Capable substitute John Griggs sings beautifully and plays almost anything you hand him. Plays with Old School, Buffaloaf, Country Doctors and also with Crazy Keys Dueling Pianos. www.crazykeys.net/
This is Dave Lowe, bass sub. He and Marc played together back-in-the-70s for a few years, and he has been playing ever since. He played in Karisma, Mardi Gras and, more recently, the Still Rockin’ Band.
This is Dan Lund, singing lead guitarist and substitute player. Played in "Sky Blue Water Boys" band and still plays with "Becky Thompson and Old School". Does Johnny Cash better than Johnny did. Leader of "Buffaloaf"
